Aaron is a Registered Psychologist who has recently completed his Master of Clinical Psychology. He has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a range of psychological challenges. Aaron has a particular interest in working with individuals affected by high-control groups (cults), especially those experiencing religious trauma.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Aaron helps clients navigate the complexities of identity reconstruction, emotional healing, and autonomy after leaving controlling environments. He also supports clients in developing practical coping strategies while fostering self-compassion and personal growth. Aaron is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered on their journey toward healing and well-being.
