Fees & Rebates

Clinical Psychologist (45 - 60 minute session)

$230.00 (+transaction fee).

Medicare Rebate for Mental Health Care Plan referrals: $145.25

General Psychologist (45 - 60 minute session)

$190.00 (+transaction fee).

Medicare Rebate for Mental Health Care Plan referrals: $98.97

We also offer bulk billing to current Health Care Card holders.

Payment is required at the time of each session via debit or credit card only.

Medicare rebates can be processed at the time of payment into your designated account.

Most private health funds also offer a rebate. Contact your health fund to find out the specific details of your plan and how much you are entitled to.

Assessments

Fees are payable for this service. Unfortunately, this service does not qualify for rebate under Medicare, however, a rebate may be available under private health cover. Please check with your fund.

Quoted costs are based on standard average hours for testing and report preparation and may vary depending on time requirements due to individual needs.

Third Party Funding

If you are attending under Workcover or other third party funding, they will have their own fee schedules. If attending under NDIS, fees and item numbers are dependent upon your individual NDIS package.

If your fees are being paid for you by another person, organisation or government scheme, it is your responsibility to confirm that they have accepted to do this. If they do not pay, then you will be liable for the fees.

Professional Supervision

The fee for individual supervision with one of our Board of Psychology approved supervisors is negotiable with your selected supervisor. Additional requirements of the supervisor's time outside of a supervision session may attract additional fees, which can be discussed which your supervisor.
