The National Disabilities Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

New Directions Psychology is a registered provider under The National Disabilities Insurance Scheme (NDIS). 

The NDIS was set up as a new way of providing individualised support for eligible people with permanent and significant disability, their families and careers. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is responsible for delivering the NDIS. The NDIS supports people with disability to build skills and capability so they can participate in the community and employment.

As a registered NDIS provider, New Directions Psychology is committed to providing exceptional, client-centred, outcomes-focused therapy to people with disabilities. We work with you to strengthen your capacity and achieve your goals.

Information about New Directions Psychology’s NDIS policies and procedures, including information on how feedback and complaints are addressed can be found here. In addition, all information is displayed in our clinics and can be provided by staff when requested.
